Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the plugin as described — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. You may not use SmartNet Consultancy's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent, except to truthfully represent that your website uses our products.

Our plugins are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party plugins or themes. We strongly recommend testing any plugin on a staging environment before deploying to a live production website.
Always maintain a current backup of your website before installing or updating any plugin. SmartNet Consultancy is not responsible for data loss resulting from plugin installation or updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartNet Consultancy Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our plugins or services.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SmartNet Consultancy Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our plugins in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) any content you publish using our plugins.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and account access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the plugin ceases, and you must delete all copies from your websites.
You may terminate your license at any time by ceasing use of the plugin and requesting account deletion. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 14-day refund window.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
For customers in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
SmartNet Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of our plugins after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
